If you'd like to forward a conversation to a client, or to your email account you can do by clicking "Forward to email",entering the email address and clicking "Forward".

This will forward the conversation to that email inbox and will appear saying "You've got a new lead" as the email subject heading with the conversation thread in the body of the email.

This is a great way of sending a Lead Notification or a New Appointment booked Notification to your client or a team member in your sales team.
