If a student has forgotten their username, you can find it from the roster in your teacher account. But how it appears varies depending on the student age. Students 12 and under appear on the roster by username only, without a first and last name.
To find a student username (age 13+):
In your teacher account, select the class the student is in.
The class opens on the roster; find the student's first and last name. Their username is listed directly underneath.
What if a student's first or last name is missing?
Banzai complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not collect personal information (e.g., first and last name) from children under the age of 13.
If any of your students over 13 are missing a first or last name, it means they indicated they were 12 or younger when they signed up. They will need to sign up again and indicate their correct age range, if needed.
