Banzai courses are comprised of units and lesson plans and offer a complete bell-to-bell curriculum. This a teacher-guided experience, with activities that students can complete independently and at their own pace, if needed.
To add a course or unit to your Lesson Plans:
In the class, select Lesson Plans.
Click + Add Lesson Plans.
In the wizard, select the grade and subject to see curated content. Then click Browse the Library.
Select a course or unit to fit your timeframe.
Click Add Course or Add Unit. This adds it to the Lesson Plans tab in your teacher account, so it's ready to assign.
To assign activities to students:
Assignments are made on the unit or daily level. Choose whatever cadence works for your classroom.
Start on the Lesson Plans tab. Click a unit to open it.
Click Assign Unit Activities to assign all activities from every lesson plan within the unit. Or click an individual lesson to assign activities from that day only.
In the Assign Activities preview, see individual activities by lesson plan. Click Show all to preview the entire unit. Clear any selected activities you do not want to assign.
The class is automatically selected. Click Add more classes to assign to more than one class.
Click Assign activities to confirm.
The assignment will appear under Assignments in your teacher account and in students' accounts.
