How do I assign an individual game, printable, or article?

Assign single or multi-day activities, outside of lesson plans.

When you need a plug-and-play game, printable, or article for students, assign activities one by one. Students complete these independently and at their own pace.

Note: These activities are the same as those offered within lesson plans, simply assigned in a different way.

To assign an individual activity:

  1. In a class, click the Assignments tab. Click Make Assignment.

  2. In the wizard, select the grade and subject to see curated content. Then click Browse the Library.

  3. Use the sidebar to select Games, Printables, or Articles. Then click an activity to open it.

  4. Click Assign Activities to confirm your assignment. The class is automatically selected. Click Add more classes to assign to more than one class. Note: For Games, the pretest, posttest, vocab practice, and game are automatically selected. Clear any activity you don't want to assign.

  5. Click Assign to Class.
