1. 📲 Where to Download BetterSleep

2. 🔐 Logging in with Premium
Logging in ensures you unlock your Premium features. You can log in:
During onboarding, select "I already have an account. Sign in" when prompted.
Or, from the Homepage. go to “Profile” > “Log in” anytime to restore access.
3. 🏠 Explore the Homepage (Main Navigation)
A — Search (top bar)
B — Recorder (Sleep Tracker entry point)
C — Sleep goal card + recommendation
D — Scroll to see recommendations based on your Sleep goal
E — Recently Played (content row)

4. 🎧 How to Play Content (Sounds/Music/Mixes/Brainwaves):
Tap on any sound to play it. Tap again to stop it.
You can add up to 15 Sounds, 1 Music as well as 1 BrainwaveTo stop all sounds/music and brainwaves playing, open the mixer and click on ‘Clear All’

5. ⏱️ How to Set a Timer (Sound/Music/Mix):
Tap on Sounds and select your sounds, music & brainwave
Tap on the Current Mix button at the bottom of the screen (it shows which sounds are playing)
Tap on Add Timer
Set your timer duration
Tap on Save
6. 🧘🏻♀️ How to Play & Stop Guided Content
In the player, tap the “Clear all” button to stop all currently playing content.
Especially helpful when you’ve built a mix of sounds or music and want to reset.
Choose a guided content (meditation/sleeptale) and click on Play
To stop it, tap on End Session

7. 🌙 Sleep Tracker – How to Start and Stop
You can use the Sleep Tracker to track/record your sleep with or without content:
To stop tracking:
Tap Stop in the Sleep tracker screen or Wake Up in the alarm page to stop the recorder.

8. ⏰ Alarm/Smart Alarm – How to Use It
You can set an Alarm from the Profile section.
Smart Alarm - Wake up at the right moment in your sleep cycle:
Open the Sleep Tracker
Tap No alarm
Choose a wake-up window (e.g., between 7:00–7:30 AM)
The app will wake you during the lightest sleep phase in that window for a gentler wake-up.
When the alarm rings, click on Wake up to turn the alarm off as well as the recorder

9. Sleep Insights 📊
Where do I find my sleep data/recordings?
You can find all your sleep data and recordings through the Insights tab the day after tracking your sleep (assuming you enabled the sleep recorder for the night).
