BetterSleep subscriptions are non-refundable per our Terms and Conditions. However, we review requests on a case-by-case basis. The platform you used to purchase determines how to request a refund โ€” see the sections below. ๐ŸŒฟ

โš ๏ธ Important: Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund if you've already been charged. To cancel, see How do I manage/cancel my subscription?

iOS โ€” App Store subscriptions

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled exclusively by Apple. BetterSleep cannot issue refunds for these transactions.

  1. Sign in with your Apple ID

  2. Find the BetterSleep charge and select Request a Refund

  3. Choose a reason and submit

๐Ÿ’ก Refunds Apple may approve: accidental purchase, duplicate charge, app not working as described, charged but didn't receive the item, app incompatible with your device.


Android โ€” Google Play subscriptions

Google handles most refund requests directly. BetterSleep can assist only in limited circumstances (see below).

Request a refund within 48 hours of purchase

  1. Select the BetterSleep purchase

  2. Choose a reason and submit

๐Ÿ• Decisions typically arrive within 1 business day, up to 4 business days. Check your refund status.

Request a refund after 48 hours

If your purchase isn't listed under recent purchases, submit through the Google Play website.

For unauthorized charges, report them within 120 days of the transaction.

Can't follow the steps above due to circumstances beyond your control?

Contact BetterSleep support with the following:

  1. Your Google Play transaction number (starts with GPA) โ€” how to find it

  2. The reason for your refund request

  3. The email linked to your Google Play account

โš ๏ธ BetterSleep cannot guarantee a successful outcome for Google Play refund requests.


Web โ€” BetterSleep.com subscriptions

Web purchases are reviewed by BetterSleep on a case-by-case basis. We may approve refunds for unauthorized or accidental charges reported promptly.

To submit a request, include the email address used when you registered.
