Enjoy relaxing content while tracking your sleep. Here’s how:
Sleep Data: The tracker uses your device’s microphone, so accuracy depends on microphone quality, how close your device is, and surrounding sounds (including app content).
Content & Tracking: For best results, set a timer to stop sounds after 1–2 hours, as continuous playback may affect tracking accuracy.
Timers & Settings: Timers set outside the sleep tracker and the Repeat setting for guided content are not supported. Sounds and music paired with a SleepTale or meditation will stop when the content ends, even if “Keep music playing” is enabled. Playlists are also not compatible with the sleep tracker.
With these considerations in mind, here’s how to play content with the sleep tracker:
Go to Home and tap on Recorder
Swipe to the SleepTales, Meditations or Favorites sections and select your content to play along while tracking.
Alternatively, if you are browsing the app and play your content first, you can follow these steps:
Go to the Meditations or SleepTales sections available on the Home page
Tap on a SleepTale or a meditation you'd like to play while tracking and tap on Play
Tap on Track My Sleep
You can also track your sleep while playing a routine. A routine is a personalized list of items that consecutively play one after the other.
Go to Home > tap on Profile (top right corner) > tap on Settings
Tap on Routine
Toggle ON the Track your sleep button
Tap on Start Routine
