How do I get Gold?
There are several ways to get Gold:
Gold packages can be purchased from the Get Chips store.
You can also win gold as a potential prize in some of our slot machines.
Gold may also be received as a reward for earning XP and leveling up.
How do I use Gold?
Use Gold to buy gifts from the Gift Store.
You can:
Give virtual chips to yourself
Give virtual chips to someone else
Give fun gifts like drinks, pets, emotes, and much more
To visit the Gift Store: Tap on your profile or another player's profile, and then tap the Send Gifts button.
Why can't I use Gold?
Locked levels
There are different levels that you must reach, by earning XP, in order to unlock certain gift amounts:
To give 10K virtual chips, you must reach Level 6.
To give 50K virtual chips, you must reach Level 11.
To give 500K and 2.5mil virtual chips, you must reach Level 16.
Age of account
Before you can exchange or gift gold for virtual chips, your account must be at least 72 hours old based on the hour the account was created.
How do I give virtual chips to another player?
To give virtual chips to another player:
Tap the player's profile picture.
Tap View.
Tap the Send Gift button.
Tap Chips at the top of the Gift Store menu.
Tap the Buy One button next to the virtual chip package you wish to gift.
The gifted virtual chips will be added to the player's account.
How do I give virtual chips to myself?
To exchange Gold for virtual chips:
Tap your profile picture.
Tap Send Gifts.
Tap Chips at the top of the Gift Store menu.
Tap the Buy One button next to the virtual chip package you wish to get.
The chips will be added to your account.
