I didn't get my Daily/Vault Bonuses!

I didn't get my Daily Bonus. What should I do?

On rare occasions, the Daily Bonus notification might not pop up.

Even if your game closes for any reason before you can press the Collect button, the virtual chips/coins will still be added to your account.

There are very rare cases when the reward system has a glitch.

If you believe this happened, here are some steps that may help:

  1. Check the full virtual chip/coin count - Some displays APP can only fit a certain number of characters. To fit the virtual chip/coin total in the display, the total may be rounded. If you don’t see your total changing, it may simply be because the quantity of newly added virtual chips/coins is not large enough to affect the displayed rounded total. You can always view your full, non-rounded virtual chip/coin total at the bottom of the in-game store.

  2. Check the connection - The game may be having trouble connecting. If your connection is interrupted while the virtual chip/coin total is updating, the new total may not display. Playing on a fast, stable connection is the best way to prevent this from happening.

  3. Contact Customer support and share the relevant information.
