When and where is Bitcoin 2025?
May 27th - 29th, 2025 (Tuesday - Thursday)*
3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
*Whale and Industry Pass-holders have access to ALL days, while a Festival Pass-holders have access to Days 2 & 3 only.
Where can I park my car during the event?
The Venetian parking garage can be accessed by Las Vegas Boulevard or by a shared access road off Koval Lane behind the hotel.
Cost: $18-$23 per day
Can I bring a camera?
At our conference, which welcomes attendees of all ages, not all participants may wish to appear in photos.
We kindly ask that you use cameras and cellphones with this mindset.

What type of payments are accepted to buy a ticket?
You can buy a ticket with USD at checkout using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), or pay with On-chain Bitcoin (BTC).
What is a Whale Pass?
The Whale Pass is an all-inclusive VIP experience at Bitcoin 2025. This pass also grants access to all three (3) conference days.
A VIP experience thoughtfully curated by its very own Whale Service team.

Does a Whale Pass include a +1?
As the all-inclusive VIP experience at Bitcoin 2025, each Whale Pass is valid for one (1) individual entry to the Conference events (including Whale Night).
What is Industry Day and how can I participate?
Industry Day, occurring on the first day of Bitcoin 2025, is a gathering of the world’s leading businesses and projects within the Bitcoin ecosystem. An entire day dedicated to high-value networking, now amplified by our AI-powered networking app and access to the Enterprise Hall — an exclusive conference perk for Industry and Whale Pass holders only as these are the only passes that grant access Day 1, May 27th, 2025.

The Festival Pass is for anyone curious or passionate about Bitcoin! This pass grants access to Days 2 and 3, which are May 28th & 29th, 2025.

How can I get a Student pass for Bitcoin 2025?

Equivalent to the Festival pass, the free Student pass grants access to Day 2 and Day 3 (May 28th & 29th, 2025).

How can I participate in the Open Source Program?
If you've contributed to an Open Sources project, you're eligible to apply for a complimentary Festival pass (access to Day 2 & 3 only).
Please be aware that previously purchased passes are non-refundable, though they can be transferred.

No, Bitcoin 2025 tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable.

What time do doors open?
Doors typically open at 8 a.m. each day, and wearing your wristband is essential throughout the conference.
Pick up your wristband at Registration, or better yet, during our Pre-Registration hours to seamlessly jump into the excitement.
What are the event hours of the conference?
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 27th, 28th, and 29th, 2025.

Will there be reserved seating at Bitcoin 2025 Events & Presentations?
Whale Pass holders enjoy the exclusive benefit of reserved seating at the conference, ensuring access to prime spots.
Otherwise, seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
