How Does It Work?
The process is simple but requires a few key steps to ensure your application is successfully reviewed. Here’s what you need to know:
Application Process
Just like last year, all students must apply for the Student Pass. Applications are now open and will be reviewed weekly starting January 13th, 2025.
Review Timeline
Applications are reviewed on a rolling weekly basis. Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive a notification via email with the status of your application.
Important Application Requirements
To avoid delays, ensure your application is complete:
Answer all questions in the application form.
Blank applications will not be reviewed, so double-check before submitting!
What’s Next?
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further details.
Please keep an eye on your inbox, as the QR code required for on-site registration will be sent closer to the event.
On-site registration is where you’ll receive your official conference wristband, so don’t forget to bring your QR code!
Important:
Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the confirmation email or QR code before reaching out for support.
The wristband is non-adjustable and must be worn each day of the conference to access the venue.
