At Bitnob, we strive to deliver a seamless and secure experience across all our services. To ensure this, there are set limits on certain features such as card usage, BTC transactions, and BTC savings. This article outlines these limits and explains how to request a limit increase if needed.

1. Virtual Card Limits

  • Maximum Card Balance: Each card has a maximum balance cap of $50,000. This means your card cannot hold more than $50,000 at any given time, regardless of how many times you top up.

  • Maximum Top-up Amount: Each card has a maximum top-up amount of $5,000. This means you cannot top up more than $5000 on your card at a time.

2. Transaction Limits (Withdrawals, Transfers, BTC, USDT)

  • There is no limit to how much you can receive into your wallets.

  • However, for a standard Bitnob account, the maximum daily sending limit (covering all local withdrawals and transfers, BTC, and USDT transactions) is $5,000.

3. How to Apply for a Limit Increase

If your daily transaction needs to exceed these limits, you can apply for a limit increase by following the steps below:

  • Kindly send a formal email to our Compliance team via the email: compliance@bitnob.com.

  • Make the subject of the email: Request to Increase Daily Limit

In the body of the email, please provide the following:

  • Occupation Details
Provide a brief description of your occupation, along with a supporting document such as a work ID, business registration certificate, employment letter, or any relevant proof.

  • Account Statement
Submit a recent bank account statement.

  • Proof of Address
Share a valid proof of address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or any official document showing your name and residential address.

Once we receive your request and documents, our team will review and respond with the outcome or any additional steps required.
