The USD account is the primary account on the Bitnob app. This is because the USD account performs almost all the basic functions on the app such as buying BTC, fund virtual cards, fund savings plans, send and store stable coins, etc. However, funding the USD wallet using the deposit option on the app has proved to be a hassle, especially for users who are not in our 4 main countries of operation. This article seeks to enlighten users on alternative ways to fund their USD wallet. You can fund your USD wallet using two other alternative means than traditional funding:
Receive and Sell Bitcoin
Receiving USDT
To fund your USD account by receiving and selling Bitcoin, kindly follow the steps below:
Sign into your Bitnob account.
On your Homepage, click Actions
Click on Accounts.
Scroll left to BTC wallet.
Click on receive BTC, copy the wallet address and send to sender.
When your BTC has been reflected in your BTC account, click sell BTC under your BTC account.
Type in the amount of BTC you want to sell and click continue.
Type in the transaction note, then click next.
Click complete BTC sale and voila, your BTC sale has been completed.
Check your USD account to see your funds.
Congratulations, you have just funded your wallet by receiving and selling BTC.
To fund your USD wallet by receiving Stablecoins (USDT), kindly follow the steps below:
Sign into your Bitnob account.
On your Homepage, click Actions then click on Accounts.
On your USD account page, click Receive.
Select the USDT option.
Select your preferred network which is Tron (TRC20).
Scan or copy your USDT wallet address or click "share".
Upon successful processing, your USDT will be settled into your USD account.
Congratulations, you have successfully received Stablecoins.
