Order Status & Tracking

You'll be notified of your order status once it is placed. This means that it's entered our queue and is one step closer to shipping.

After you place your Box Genie order we will automatically send you an Order Confirmation email. This notification contains important details regarding your project including your Order Number. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received it yet.

It's also our way of confirming project receipt and informing you that we are preparing our team to begin creating your unique box, insert, or divider.

Order Processing

All Box Genie orders are made entirely in our facility in Kansas City, MO. Located in the beautiful heartland of America, we are able to quickly ship orders from coast to coast (and in between!).

Production and Shipping Timelines

Eligible orders are fulfilled in approximately 10-12 business days after final art approval. We count business days as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

An email will be sent to you once a shipping label has been created. This email will contain your tracking number. Please note that your tracking number is also available in your Box Genie account.

Tracking Numbers

Please note that you will receive your tracking number via email at the moment your package label is generated. Tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after you receive your initial shipment notification.

Your tracking information will update with its status in transit once your package is scanned by the carrier.

Once in transit, please account for the associated shipping time based on the delivery method previously selected at checkout.

Turnaround Time for Shipper Boxes

Please be aware that shipping boxes may require an additional 1-2 business days on top of our standard production time.

This is due to some extra processes that are necessary for assembling your box. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions via chat or email (help@boxgenie.com).
