On some older devices or IOS/Android devices, you need to make sure that you are using a Chrome or Safari browser and you need to make sure you gave a specific permission for the browser to access the camera. You can check your permissions in your device settings menu. Don’t worry - even if your camera doesn’t work you can go to the main menu and tap “Check and Redeem” In the search box, start typing the unique coupon number or customer name/phone number or email - the system will autocomplete so you don’t have to type the whole thing. If the customer has more than one coupon, it will show you and let you choose the right coupon.
