You can check in real time, or at any point in the future.
Go to the main menu and tap “Check and Redeem” and then:
- Either scan the QR code with your device’s camera or a barcode with a barcode scanner. Or...
- In the search box, start typing the unique coupon number or customer name/phone number or email - the system will autocomplete so you don’t have to type the whole thing. If the customer has more than one coupon, it will show you and let you choose the right coupon. Or…
- You can also redeem sign up coupons directly from “Manage Signups” or prepaid coupons in “Manage Purchases.
- Check the coupon’s validity and if it’s valid, you can tap “Redeem Now.”
- If it’s expired, at the wrong hours, etc. you can choose to redeem anyway by tapping “Redeem Anyway.” (This is a great way to make a customer happy and loyal!)
