Shares price of all co-ownership properties are listed at a fixed price of N4,000 per share and buy-back rates are fixed as all our co-ownership properties are in Lekki Phase 1 for now. Eventually when we have co-ownership properties in different locations and cities, the buy-back rate will vary; and as part of giving you a unique experience, you will have a filter to select your property and location preferences.
