This is a completely optional feature that allows your customers to check in on a different iPad and then they appear for your salespeople to select from in a new queue.
Let's start with the customer experience. This is designed to work in portrait mode and there are optional settings for you to add a custom logo and welcome text (these are both found in Settings on admin).
Returning Customers
If an existing customer checks in with their phone number, the system automatically finds them and all they have to do is verify their information.
New Customers Experience
If the customer is new to your store, they will have the option to scan their license or enter their information manually.
Customers have a wide-open pane to scan the large barcode on the back of their license.
Once they've scanned, they have an opportunity to review and modify any information
