Adding New Users into C-Trax

This article will walk you through adding a new user into your C-Trax Admin system.

Adding New Users in to C-Trax

  1. Navigate to Users in the left navigation area.

  2. Click on the menu icon (three vertical dots) and click the Create User button.

  3. Enter the following required fields. Double-check for accuracy!

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Email Address

    4. Username

Assign the User to Stores

  1. Under the Store & Roles section, click each store the user should have access to.

    1. The selected stores will highlight in blue.

    2. Click away from the store selection dropdown or hit ESC on your keyboard for the menu to disappear.

Assign the User A Role

  1. Click on the Set Role button.

  2. Select a Role for the user.

  3. Click the Continue button.

  4. Review Click the Finish button.

Note: A user can only have ONE (1) Role assigned to them at this time.
