Resend an incomplete sign-off request

Once you've sent a sign-off request via CONQA, you may need to resend it if the recipient has not completed your request. This can only be done for incomplete sign-off requests. If you want to send a new sign-off request check out How to send a Sign-off request

  1. Select your project from the list

  2. Navigate to the Sign-offs section on the left hand side

  3. Make sure you are looking at the 'Awaiting Approval' tab

5. Click the white tick box next to the request(s) you wish to resend. Alternatively, select the top tick box to select all.

6. Click the 'SEND SIGN OFFS' button in the top right.

7. Review and then select 'confirm & send emails' in the dialog box.

This will resend an email to the 'assigned to' email address.
