Managing your Project's Checklist Templates

This article explains how to manage which Checklist Templates are available on a specific project in CONQA.

Account and Project Admins are able to manage which checklist templates are available on each project with CONQA's shareable Master List.

To manage which of Master List Checklist Templates are available on your CONQA project, you will need to open the project (1) in Console, select Settings (2) then select Checklist Templates (3)

This page shows you all checklist templates in your project library. The source column shows whether this is a checklist template unique to your project, or if it is from your account's Master List.

Removing a Master List template

If for any reason you no longer require a particular Master List template to be available in your project, you can easily remove it from this screen.

  • Click on the three dots that align with the template to remove

  • Select 'Remove Template' from the options

  • Confirm the removal

Moving a Project Checklist Template to a Master list Checklist Template

Do this when a project checklist is suitable to be used across other projects. Once moved to the Masterlist, you can make it available on a select number of projects, or all projects. Note that once moved to the Masterlist, any edit to the checklist will apply across all projects it is available on. To move a project checklist template to a Master Checklist template:

  1. When viewing your list of project checklist tempates, scroll down to the checklist you want to move to the Masterlist.

  2. Click the three-dot menu located on the far right of the checklist.

  3. Select “Move to Masterlist” from the dropdown menu.

This action will move the checklist to the Masterlist, making it accessible as a template for other projects.

Adding a New Checklist Templates

You can also use this page to add new checklist templates to your project - either from your Master List, or by creating a New Template.

Adding from Master List

  • Click on the '+Add Template' button in the top right, then select 'Add from master list'

  • Then check next to the templates you which to add, and Save

  • The new template will now show on the Checklist Template list for the project

  • Selecting 'Create new template' will give you the following options:

Editing Checklist Templates

To edit your checklist templates you can do so on this page

  • Click on the three dots next to the template you wish to edit and click 'Edit Template'

  • Your template will open and you can make the required changes
