After a Custom Print Template is created, it can be printed from any Complaint, Contact, Inspection, Permit, Property, or Violation. Click Gear > Print Custom Template.
Choose the template to print using the dropdown. Update any of the print options, and click Generate.
A preview of the printout generates. The buttons at the top perform the following functions:
Pencil - Change printing options
Floppy Disk - Save a PDF of the document to the Documents tab
PDF Document -Generate a PDF for printing
Magnifying Glass - Change the document's zoom level
