How Eligibility Works
Your case will always be reviewed by our Compliance team on an individual basis.
If you currently live in a sanctioned country: You cannot open a CUSP account.
If you hold citizenship from a sanctioned country but live elsewhere: This does not automatically disqualify you.
If you have another citizenship or valid residency outside a sanctioned country: You may still be eligible, subject to further review.
What Happens Next
In these situations, our Compliance team conducts Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD):
Complete the signup process in the app.
Submit your identification documents as requested.
Our team will review your case and update you on your eligibility.
