Because CUSP is a regulated investment app, there are some important restrictions on how and where you can use it. These rules keep your account safe and make sure the platform is used fairly.
1. Who can use CUSP
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before you can invest.
CUSP accounts are individual only — joint or corporate accounts are not supported.
2. Deposits and withdrawals
You can only deposit and withdraw from a bank account in your own name.
Third-party transfers (friends, family, or business accounts) are not allowed.
Withdrawals always return to the same account you used for deposits.
3. Supported investments
CUSP gives you access to US-listed stocks and ETFs.
Shariah-compliant portfolios are available for investors who prefer them.
More complex products (e.g., margin trading, short selling, or derivatives) are not supported.
4. Fair use and account conduct
CUSP is designed for personal investing only.
Using the app for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abusive behaviour will result in account suspension.
Attempts to bypass KYC, deposit from non-matching accounts, or misuse referral campaigns are also prohibited.
