Why haven’t I received my deposit yet?

Learn why your deposit may be delayed and how long it takes for local UAE or international bank transfers to reflect in your CUSP Wealth account.

Local (UAE) Bank Transfers

Deposits via local UAE banks are typically processed instantly and should reflect in your account within 5–10 minutes.

If your deposit hasn’t appeared:

  1. Log out of the CUSP Wealth app

  2. Log back in

  3. Pull to refresh your dashboard


International (Wire) Bank Transfers

International transfers usually take 2–4 business days to process.

Please note:

  • Transactions are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • Transfers made during or just before the weekend may take longer

  • Delays may occur if the Reference number is missing or incorrect

Tip: Always double-check that the exact Reference number shown in your CUSP Wealth app is included with your transfer.


What should I do if my deposit is still missing?

If your deposit hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe:

  1. Gather your bank transaction confirmation or receipt, including:

    • Transaction ID

    • Exact amount transferred

    • Transaction date

  2. Share this information with our support team

Our team will investigate and provide an update within 24 business hours.
