Deposits via local UAE banks are typically processed instantly and should reflect in your account within 5–10 minutes.

Log back in
Pull to refresh your dashboard
International (Wire) Bank Transfers
International transfers usually take 2–4 business days to process.
Please note:
Transactions are not processed on weekends or public holidays
Transfers made during or just before the weekend may take longer
Delays may occur if the Reference number is missing or incorrect
Tip: Always double-check that the exact Reference number shown in your CUSP Wealth app is included with your transfer.
What should I do if my deposit is still missing?
If your deposit hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe:
Gather your bank transaction confirmation or receipt, including:
Transaction ID
Exact amount transferred
Transaction date
