I can't log in to my ChildcareNow App. What do I do?

Here's our guide to a successful log in to the ChildcareNow App

If you're having issues logging in, please contact your centre to ensure: 

  • You are already enrolled at a centre that is registered with ChildcareNow

  • Your mobile number is recorded correctly on your centre's system.

  • The mobile number you've entered is the primary enrolment holder's mobile number. 

*There is only one Primary Enrolment Holder per family. Primary enrolment holder is commonly the parent whose Customer Reference number is linked to the child's Customer Reference Number for Child Care Subsidy purposes.

If you're a Secondary Contact (Not a Primary Enrolment Holder) and would like to have access to the App on your own device, all you need to do is just log in using the Primary Enrolment Holder's mobile number and 4-digit PIN code.
