ChildcareNow Booking Fee is the Booking Fee that is used for extra bookings made with ChildcareNow.
You can easily change and set the ChildcareNow Booking Fee for each room by going to your Manage Fees tab on your ChildcareNow Activity Centre.
If no Booking Fee has been set for a room, then we'll set automatically a Default Fee. When a Default Fee is set for a room, this means we'll use each individual child's permanent booking fee for any extra bookings made with ChildcareNow.
To update the ChildcareNow Booking Fee to a specific fee for a room, simply select the drop-down next to the room, select the fee you'd like to set, and click UPDATE.
Once a fee is selected for a room, this means from then onwards all ChildcareNow bookings for all the children in the room will be pencilled in with that fee.
If you'd like to select a fee but couldn't find the fee in the options, you'll need to create the new fee first on QikKids and link it to the room(s) you'd like to set it on.
