A ChildcareNow Booking Resold enables a centre to resell childcare bookings that are not otherwise utilised because a family has notified of their child’s absence. 

ChildcareNow Booking Resolds only occur when:

  1. The room must have reached full capacity at some point for that date

  2. The family must notify their child's absence via the ChildcareNow App

  3. The vacancy created must then be booked by another family via the ChildcareNow App

Booking Resolds contribute to a centre’s bottom line as it increases revenue at no extra cost to a centre.

If the correct criteria are met and a ChildcareNow Booking Resold occurs, then the family who notified their child’s absence with ChildcareNow may be eligible for a Family Incentive.
