QikKids: Applying the ChildcareNow Discount for Booking Resolds

How to Apply the ChildcareNow Discount to a Parent's Account on QikKids

When a ChildcareNow Booking Resold occurs, a Discount needs to be applied manually to the eligible parent's account on QikKids.

To apply a Discount on QikKids, you'll need to:

  • Go to Accounts and select the eligible parent

  • Select Discounts

  • Select New

  • Select Daily for Discount Mode 

  • Select Fixed Amount on Full Fee for Type
    (*Please note that Discounts on the GAP fee is not applicable after 2/7/18 in compliance with the CCSS changes)

  • Select the Date on the calendar view as the Date you'd like to apply the Discount. 

  • Tick the Child's Name for which this Discount applies to

  • Enter the Discount Amount

  • Select OK
