An active enrolment has been created for the parent on Kidsoft
The mobile number used by the parent to log in correctly matches the parent's mobile number recorded on Kidsoft
The parent's mobile number is SMS enabled
The mobile number used to log in belongs to the Primary Enrolment Holder of the family
*The Primary Enrolment Holder is commonly the parent whose CRN is linked to the child's CRN for Child Care Subsidy Purposes
If a Secondary Contact would like to access ChildcareNow on their own device, they can do so by logging in using the Primary Enrolment Holder's mobile number and 4-digit PIN code.
The parent is Enrolment enabled
