If you try logging in by entering your mobile number and you received an alert to say that your number isn't being recognised, this means that the mobile number you're using to log in does not match the mobile number that has been recorded on your centre's system upon enrolment.
These are some possible reasons for this:
You've recently changed your mobile number and haven't updated your centre with your new mobile number
Your centre has incorrectly recorded your mobile number on their system
We advise you to directly contact your centre either to:
Update them with your most up-to-date mobile number, or
Check and amend your mobile number on their system
Your centre needs your most up-to-date number in case they need to contact you when your child is in their care so we suggest getting this updated ASAP.
Once your centre has updated your number correctly, please try logging back into your ChildcareNow App after a few hours.
