Here are some simple steps you can try to resolve your issue:
Check your mobile internet connection.
If you're currently using Wi-fi, try swapping to your Mobile Data (e.g. 4G).
Once you're using your Mobile Data, close and re-open the ChildcareNow App and attempt to login again.
If you're still experiencing an issue after trying the above steps, try uninstalling and then re-installing the ChildcareNow App on your mobile.
