I'm having an issue with opening the App. How do I solve this?

If you're unable to access your ChildcareNow App, here's a guide on troubleshooting your App while waiting for the Help Team to respond.

If you're experiencing an issue in accessing your ChildcareNow App account, this is sometimes due to having a poor internet connection. 

Here are some simple steps you can try to resolve your issue:

  • Check your mobile internet connection. 

  • If you're currently using Wi-fi, try swapping to your Mobile Data (e.g. 4G).

  • Once you're using your Mobile Data, close and re-open the ChildcareNow App and attempt to login again. 

If you're still experiencing an issue after trying the above steps, try uninstalling and then re-installing the ChildcareNow App on your mobile.
