A common reason for this is that the mobile number you are entering is not the mobile number for the family member that is listed as the Primary Enrolment holder/Guardian for your child.
Simply enter the Primary Enrolment holder/Guardian's mobile number in, tap on Sign In and request the Primary Enrolment holder/Guardian to share the 4 digit validation code that will be sent to their mobile number and enter it in the next step and you'll be ready to go! This process only needs to be repeated if you log out.
Please Note:
If you are unsure who the Primary Enrolment holder/Guardian of your child is, feel free to check with your Childcare centre or reach out to us. Generally the Primary Contact is the person set up to receive the CCS benefit for your child.
The 4 digit validation code that will be sent as an SMS to the mobile number you enter is only valid for a few minutes.
