Logging in to the ChildcareNow App is quick and simple!
The ChildcareNow App has one set of Sign In details based on the Primary Contact for your child. The Primary Contact is generally the person who is set up to receive the CCS benefit for your child.
Please Note: Other contacts can still certainly use the ChildcareNow App on their mobile too by following the simple steps below.
Steps to Sign In:
Log out of the App if you are already logged in. The logout button is on the last Settings tab in the App.
At the Sign In screen shown above, please enter the Primary Contact's mobile number.
Tap the pink Sign In button to trigger an SMS with a 4-digit validation code to be sent to the mobile number entered at step 2.
Please get the 4-digit validation code from the Primary Contact and enter that in.
Once you are logged into the App, you won't need to repeat this process again unless you log out.
