How do I cancel my program and what are the next steps?

The program is completely voluntary, so you can choose to cancel at any time. If you decide to leave the program early, any funds in your dedicated account that are not owed toward already earned fees will be returned to you.

Ensure you start by submitting a formal cancellation request. This step notifies the Client Relations team of your intent to leave the program and initiates the process.

After cancellation, you will receive confirmation emails detailing the status of any refunds and confirming the closure of your account.

It’s important to know that any unsettled debts will return to their previous status with your creditors, and any negotiated settlements that haven’t been completed may no longer apply. In some cases, creditors may resume collection activity, or previous offers could be withdrawn.

In addition, remaining structured payments with creditors will need to be managed independently. Contact creditors directly to discuss repayment plans or make other arrangements as needed.

If you wish to reinstate the program within 30 days of cancellation, you can contact the Client Success team. Typically, you will not need to go through a new enrollment process to resume your participation.

If you’re considering canceling, our Client Relations team is here to help. They can discuss your options, explain how cancellation would affect your program, and walk you through the process if you decide to move forward. You can reach Client Relations directly through the chat feature in your portal or by phone.

You may be asked to verify your account information as part of the process, so ensure you have relevant details like account numbers or identification ready.

We understand this decision can feel uncertain, and we’re here to answer your questions and help you make the choice that’s best for your financial goals.
