Why hasn’t my creditors' been settled yet?

Settlement timelines can vary from creditor to creditor because each has its own review and approval process. It also depends on how much money has built up in your Global Holdings dedicated savings account. We want to make sure there are enough funds available to make a strong, affordable offer that gives you the best chance for success.

Sometimes, a delay simply means our negotiators are working behind the scenes to secure the most favorable terms possible. In many cases, taking a little extra time may allow for more negotiation options, depending on the creditor. If you’d like to help expedite your program, you can add extra funds directly through your portal under the My Drafts section. Even a small increase or one-time contribution can help build your balance faster, allowing new settlements to be reached sooner.
