What do I do if I receive account statements from my creditors after enrolling?

Getting creditor statements after enrolling is totally normal! You don't need to worry about regular monthly statements or delinquent notices - we expect those.

What you should upload here in your portal:

Third-party collection notices (when accounts transfer)

Settlement offer letters

Just go to My Documents in your client portal and upload any important documents that you may have. This gets it straight to our team for review while keeping your negotiations on track.

Receiving statements from your creditors are just part of the process - nothing to stress about!
