After you have finished filling out all onboarding steps, the formation tracker will appear on your dashboard. The formation tracker details where in the formation process your business currently is at.
Any time you want to view it, you can simply log in to your dashboard and it will appear on the front page:
The formation tracker can contain any one of the following status messages:
Status message | Explanation |
Checking your information | Our team is reviewing your documentation to ensure accuracy. |
Sending the necessary documents to the state | Your documentation has been fully reviewed by the Company Rock team and it's being sent to the state |
Waiting to receive your formation documents back from the state | Your documentation has been submitted to the state and we are waiting to hear a response. |
The State has identified an issue with the information submitted | Please contact our team to review and correct the information |
On hold by you | The process is on hold at your request. Reach out to our team and we can get things moving for you once again. But you may also be contacted in case there's an specific issue with your documentation that needs to be addressed. We will likely send you an email about this, and will require more information |
Under State Review (Delayed) | There are delays at the state level in your business being processed. |
Your company is officially established. | Your business has been formed and you are good to go! Your formation docs are available in the Documents section. |
