Once you’ve signed up for a Stripe account and started accepting payments, it’s important to know where to go to view your recent transactions. Luckily, Stripe makes it easy to keep track of all your payments and transactions through their user-friendly interface.

Accessing Your Stripe Dashboard

After logging in to your Stripe account, you’ll be taken to your Stripe Dashboard. Think of the dashboard as your command center—it’s where you can manage everything related to your payments and business activities.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to view your recent payments:

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Start by navigating to the Stripe login page. Enter your email and password to access your account.

  2. Navigate to the Dashboard:

    • Once you’re logged in, you’ll be taken directly to the Stripe Dashboard. This is your homepage on Stripe, and it provides an overview of your recent activity.

  3. Go to the Payments Section:

    • On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you’ll see a menu with several options. Click on “Payments” to view a list of all the payments and transactions that have been processed through your account.

  4. View Your Recent Transactions:

    • In the Payments section, you’ll see a detailed list of all recent transactions, including completed payments, refunds, and any failed payment attempts. Each transaction will show you key details like the date, amount, and status of the payment.

  5. Filter and Search Payments:

    • Stripe makes it easy to find specific transactions. You can use the search bar at the top of the Payments page to look up payments by customer name, email, or transaction ID. Additionally, you can apply filters to narrow down your search based on date ranges, payment status, and more.

  6. Export Payment Data:

    • If you need to keep records of your transactions or analyze your sales data, you can export your payment history. Just click the “Export” button in the top right corner of the Payments page and choose your preferred format (like CSV or Excel).
