Create new users for your account
Create as many new user logins as you need for your team members to access Telesero. Follow these steps to create new users for your Telesero account.
After logging into the Telesero platform, go to
User Management > User Accounts > Create
📌 What to fill in when creating new users:
Username: Set the full name of the new user or a generic name (minimum 4 characters). Make sure you start by adding your Client Key as seen in the below example.
Email: Enter the email address of the new user. The email address is optional
Password: Enter the password for the new user account
Repeat Password: Confirm the password for the new user account
Force Change Password: Enable this option to force the user to change the password. The user is prompted to change the password upon the next login with these credentials
Active: Enable this option to activate the account. If disabled, a user cannot login into the Telesero platform. Once disabled, an already active user will be logged out
Name: Add the name of the user that you would like to see on the dashboard while monitoring
Role: Select the level of the user that will define the account permission
Click Create User
💡 When logging into the Telesero platform, the backslash has to be used \ and not the forward slash /

Updating and removing users
Update user profiles
If you are on a operations role, you have access to the complete user profile of every registered user in Telesero. To update a user profile, go to User Management > User Accounts > Select the user > Edit Account
💡Once created, the username cannot be modified. If the username has to be changed, it will be needed to deactivate the current login and create a new one with the updated username.
Reset user passwords
There are many cases where you might consider changing the password of a user. For example, you become aware that a user has shared the password with other members inside or outside the organization. You can change their password and encourage this user to keep this information private.
You might also encounter users who use the same password for everything. This is a major security concern were the passwords are compromised, changing the password regularly can help keep your accounts secure.
To change the password of a user on next login go to User Management > User Accounts > Select the user > Edit Account
The only sections you will have to update are:
Password: Enter the new password for the user account
Repeat Password: Confirm the new password for the user account
Click Save Changes
Remove user accounts
You can disable a user account, so the they can no longer access the platform to perform any action. You can not delete any users due to seat license restrictions.
To disable a user account go to User Management > User Accounts > Select the user > Edit Account > Disable the ''Active'' button > Save Changes
