📌Check which numbers have been added to the DNC list
The DNC Query feature allows you to input numbers to check whether they have been added to the DNC list. To start the process go to Contact Center > DNC Tools > DNC Query
Numbers: input the number/s you want to verify. You can add up to 10.000 numbers at once; separate them by commas or add a new line
Country: select the country from the dropdown list. United States is the default country for numbers that do not have an internaltional code
Campaign: select from the dropdown list the campaign for which you want to check the DNC status for. By selecting "All Campaigns" the system will check among all campaigns.
Send Request: click this button for the system to start checking the numbers
The system will then output the numbers beneath in green. If a number does not appear in the output list, it this means it is not added to the DNC list.
