On Telesero´s platform, you can select how phone numbers will be added to the Do Not Call List. You can choose to not be called on the entire system or on the selected dialing campaign.
💡All DNCd numbers will still be available to be manually dialed.
What happens when a number is added to the DNC list?
After adding a number to the DNC list, you will force the dialer to stop calling the numbers that have this status.
There are several ways of adding numbers to the DNC list such as automatically disposition with the DNC status through a survey campaign (IVR), your agents can disposition leads with the DNC status at the end of their call and you can manually add leads to the DNC List.
💡Note that the system only adds leads to the DNC list in your account and not to the National or Federal DNC list.
Configure your DNC strategy
Once you have decided which DNC strategy to adopt, follow the steps to implement system-wide or campaign DNC in 5 easy steps by going to Campaigns > Campaign List > Select Your Campaign > General Settings
📌 Apply System-Wide DNC
While in the General Setting of your campaign, scroll down to the System DNC section. All you have to do is enable the System-DNC button and all numbers added to DNC through IVRs, agent calls or manual entries, will apply to the entire system.
💡Numbers added to System DNC will not be available to be called on any future campaign.
📌 Apply Campaign DNC
Following the same steps as above, go to Campaigns > Campaign List > Select Your Campaign > General Settings > System DNC section > Disable System DNC
💡If you have more than one campaign in your account, each campaign has to be either on System DNC or Campaign DNC. Having a blend of system and campaign DNC will not work and all leads will go to System DNC overrdining your campaign DNC selection.
