Dialable leads are calculated only when the lead list is active, Otherwise, it will show N/A. You know it is active when is highlighted in green (see example).
If they are active, they will refresh and reflect the number of dialable leads. As they are dialed, the number will gradually decrease until 0/NA and we will need to reset the list or add more data.
