If you are getting the message "Waiting for Ring..." it means that the system is trying to connect the call. This is totally normal and will not impact anything.
It usually takes about 2 minutes in total for the system to connect to a call. If it doesn't connect in 30 seconds, the agents can close and continue dialing.
You can close the call as 'No Answer' for the disposition.
