Transfer call gets cut off

Learn how to avoid calls getting cut or interrupted

If an agent makes a transfer call to another agent and doesn't hear the customer anymore after the transfer, it usually happens due to internet connections issues or network/router lapses.

❗️We recommend:

  • the agents should not use WIFI but instead a hardwired connection

  • restart router to attempt a fix

  • should have Chrome updated to the lastest updates

  • should reset Chrome to default and restart the computer

  • contact your network provider for a in-depth analysis
