If you encountered “Bad Credentials” error message upon logging in, it means that your Username, Password or both are incorrect:

What you have to do to fix it:

  • Double check that you entered the correct credentials.

  • Make sure that the old password is not auto populating on the password field upon typing in the username.

  • Verify that you are using the correct format of the username, for example:DEM\Agent1.

  • Take note of the “\” (backslash) and do not use the “/” (forward slash)

💡We suggest opening a Notepad application or any text application where you can type the username and password. Simply Copy & Paste the username and password and add it to the corresponding field.
