If you encountered “Bad Credentials” error message upon logging in, it means that your Username, Password or both are incorrect:
What you have to do to fix it:
Double check that you entered the correct credentials.
Make sure that the old password is not auto populating on the password field upon typing in the username.
Verify that you are using the correct format of the username, for example:DEM\Agent1.
Take note of the “\” (backslash) and do not use the “/” (forward slash)
💡We suggest opening a Notepad application or any text application where you can type the username and password. Simply Copy & Paste the username and password and add it to the corresponding field.
