Quickly add a diaposition at the end of the call

Select Disposition

When the agent ends a call they will see a prompt to select a disposition. The agent must make sure to select the disposition correctly to record it in the system. After selecting the disposition status the agent should make sure to click “Submit” to resume and start getting calls again. 

If clicked "More Time", the agent will be remaining in wrapup with the call line opened until a disposition is added to close the call.
