Within your “Dashboard” you will be able to see an overview of live agents. Scroll down the page and you will see a list of agents highlighted in different colours. 

From here you are able to monitor individual agents and their current status in the system: INCALL, WRAPUP, READY, PAUSE. In addition you can view the length of time that this agent has been on a given status.
