Live Call Analytics
At the very bottom of your Dashboard you can find two graphs which will plot in real time across the day. Call analytics monitors outbound calls, dropped and inbound calls on an hourly basis. Agent analytics plots average wait time of agents and average handle time of agents on an hours basis.
