From your menu on the left side of the screen click Data Management and afterwards Contacts. You can use a phone number to locate aspecific contact but you can also filter by many other criterias. Just click the “More Filters” button to see them. Click filter once you´ve inputted the phone number or your search criteria.

Contact Profile

Once filtered your results, they will appear in the contact list at the bottom of the page. Click the blue Id number to open the contact and verify the information available.

You will then see the page as displayed below. This shows all the information that is attached to this contact from the mapping process or added manually by the agents during calls.

In addition, at the bottom of this contact page you will find “List Records”. This  allows you to viewwhich campaigns a contact has been part of (A), the lists a contact has been included in (B), the contact status (C), the time the contact was last contacted (D) and the amount of times a contact has been called on this particular campaign (E).

When adding new data, the process is as simple as 1, 2, 3, 4: Upload, Map, Create List, Add to Dialling Strategy.

STEP 1. Upload Data -  In this process we take an excel file with leads in .csv (up to 40mb) or .xls (up to10mb) format and we add this file to the system. Once this file is added we can then begin to map the necessary information that forms the contact profile.

STEP 2. Map Data - By “Mapping” your columns, the system identifies which data is in what column. Mapping must be correct for the system to successfully call the leads. The information we map will also be the information an agent sees when in a call with a contact on the Agent Interface.

STEP 3. Create Lists - Once mapped, we need to create a “list” that the dialler can use to call the leads inside. We use a “tag”, that you created whilst mapping, to locate leads to add to the lists. We add these lists to the dialling strategy using the guide detailed in this document.

STEP 4. Add to DS - After creating the lists we have to add them to the dialling strategy in order to be able to call the leads inside. As previously detailed, we can adjust the mix of lists by adjusting the blend in the mix configuration. Once we have added to the dialing strategy you´re all set!

💡Only lists that are added in the Dialing Strategy are considered "active" and if they have dialable leads, they will be called by the dialer.
